NATIONAL SHIPMENTS (Colombia)

Our National shipping orders are handled with COORDINADORA, the company responsible for the safety of the delivery.

Our delivery times are 1-6 business days, which start 24 hours after the order is placed.

These times do not apply in special events, holidays, pre-orders and on SALE products.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Our international shipping orders are handled with DHL EXPRESS, the company responsible for the safety of the delivery.

Our delivery times are 3-8 business days, which start 24 hours after the order is placed.

These times may vary depending if the local authorities or customs retain the product.

These times do not apply in special events, holidays, pre-orders and on SALE product.

 

INTERNATIONAL DUTY AND TAX:

Your order may be subject to duties, taxes and fees which are levied by your country. Pal Rosa does NOT collect duty or sales tax for international orders and cannot predict what your charges may be. If you do incur these charges, they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. In most cases, the carrier will try to collect duty and/or taxes when the package is delivered. It is the sole responsibility of the client to investigate and understand the associated costs prior to purchase. If the courier charges Palo Rosa for duty and/or taxes after your package is delivered, we will bill the credit card on file without notice. For more information regarding your countries customs policies please contact your local customs office. If a package is refused delivery by the international client for any reason no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply.

 

RECOMMENDATIONS

Palo Rosa does not return money or monetary surplus.
Please try the products with underwear.
If you request an exchange of a product, you should consider:

  • The Product must have the original labels and packaging.
  • Hygienic handling
  • The Product must not have been subjected to any type of washing
  • The Product must not have any stain, damage or cigarette marks
  • No exceptions will be made.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT EXCHANGES

Returns for exchanges are received within the first 30 calendar days, which are counted from the original date of shipment.
Please send the product to our address: Carrera 12ª # 78 – 58, Bogotá, Colombia, using a prepaid method. We recommend that you use a secure currier with a tracking code.
The product to be exchanged will not be ship until we receive the returned product.
The changes will be processed in 2 business days once the product is received.
The products to be exchanged will only be exchanged for products of the same collection and subject to availability.
Any product purchased in SALE is considered final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Palo Rosa is not responsible for any extra costs incurred by the exchange, including deliveries.
